PN Personnel punching above our weight with our latest NPS score!

The results from recent Employer and Job Seeker satisfaction surveys revealed PN Personnel continues to achieve outstanding results in recruitment.

PN Personnel achieved a NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 45 in the May survey, a reflection of the quality service provided by the recruitment team. 

Managing Director Claire Hewson explained the team were focused on delivering an exceptional experience for both Employers and Job Seekers and the surveys were a way to measure this.

“Our surveys are structured to provide us with a valuable snapshot of where we stand with regards to our service and satisfaction.”

What is the NPS?

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated as the difference between the percentage of Promoters verses the percentage of Detractors. 

The score is calculated from responses which are scaled between 0 – 10.

Responses are divided into three categories depending on the score given:

Promoters – score of 9 – 10

Passives – score of 7 – 8

Detractors – score of 0 – 6


NPS scores range from – 100 to +100. A rating from 0 upwards is a positive result for a business as it indicates you have more promoters than detractors.

Each year Perceptive release their report on NPS scores for a range of industries including recruitment.

In 2022 the NZ Recruitment Industry NPS is 36. (Stats for 2023 are not yet available).
