What is the NPS?

Your Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculated as the difference between the percentage of Promoters verses the percentage of Detractors.

The score is calculated from responses which are scaled between 0 – 10.

Responses are divided into three categories depending on the score given:

Promoters – score of 9 – 10
Passives – score of 7 – 8
Detractors – score of 0 – 6

NPS scores range from –100 to +100. A rating from 0 upwards is a positive result for a business as it indicates you have more promoters than detractors.
