About this Role

A newly created role, you will be responsible for ensuring all estimating and pricing, scope of work, preparation and submitting of project tenders are completed accurately and on time.

Along with your proven New Zealand experience as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a proactive, quick thinker with strong communication skills both verbal and written.

What's required?
We are specifically seeking a QS out of the box - this is a smaller team so your nous will enable you to hit the ground running. The more experience, the better!

• Sound working knowledge of relevant contracts, standards and legislation including 3910, 3916 and 3917 Construction Contracts Act.
• Contract and tender experience
• A wizz with cost estimates
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel) + REVU Bluebeam
• Have high accuracy and attention to detail
• Have excellent organisation skills and a confident communicator
• First class attitude - it's a productive and close-knit team. You will need to be on the ball to keep up.
