RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Perform preventative and reactive plumbing tasks per safety standards.
• Log, track, and escalate tasks using Ventia's digital system.
• Identify and report risks, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and management.
• Enhance operations, extend equipment life, and drive best practices.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• NZ Trade Certificate in Plumbing, Gas Fitting, and Drain Laying (Level 4) with registration.
• Minimum three years in a similar role, preferably in a multifaceted maintenance environment.
• Strong diagnostic ability, problem-solving, and hands-on plumbing experience, including pumps and filtration.
• Familiarity with plumbing legislation, compliance requirements, and backflow testing (advantageous).
• Experience in maintenance and operation with Pumps and Filtration

We are seeking someone who can work autonomously while effectively collaborating with staff and stakeholders with updates on issues relating to trade or area activities.

You may have spent your career as a 'Plumbers Mate' or a 'Journeyman'. If so, we would also welcome your application for this rear opportunity.
