Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Communications Specialist will perform a number of marketing activities to support company growth and awareness. Offering an array of products through online channels but not limited to, you will assist with outsourced and in-house marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and ensure content is updated.

The ideal candidate will be aligned with Proag's mission of achieving customer and revenue growth. You will also be a proactive self-starter with a passion for exceeding expectations.

Your primary goal will be to elevate market awareness, ensuring that the Proag group of brands remains top-of-mind in their target audience.

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintain and update website functionality and content
  • Manage SEO and provide regular reports
  • Generate and analyze analytics reports
  • Oversee digital ad campaigns and provide insights
  • Drive awareness on platforms like TradeMe
  • Develop marketing content including social media posts, emails and blogs
  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of marketing functions
  • Utilise graphic design, photography, and videography skills
  • Craft compelling copy for various purposes
  • Implement campaigns to promote products and special offers
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and foster a can-do attitude while collaborating with the team

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on branding, digital and social advertising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and design software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Graphic design, photography and videography expertise
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities
