IT Support - Helpdesk Level 1

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Client for a 6-month temporary role (with the possibility to extend). As the first point of contact for IT queries, you'll primarily respond in person and build strong relationships with internal customers on a first-name basis. This will be supported by a close knit IT Team with escalation points available.

This role is based in Marton, so you must be willing to work from that general location each day. We are hoping for a start date on or closely following, April 14th.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and patience for those less IT minded
  • Experience or apptitude IT support tasks (setting up cell phones, troubleshooting)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Graduate level or relevant experience is welcome
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, and general 365 Suite


You must hold a full New Zealand Drivers Licence for this role, as some movement around offices (using a provided vehicle) will be required.
