Financial Administrator - Accounts Payable

Join Property Brokers finance team as a Financial Administrator - Accounts Payable. You'll manage invoice processing, reconciliations, payments, and credit card transactions across 90 branches. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Process invoices through Esker (electronic AP software)
  • Reconciling invoices to statements
  • Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Process credit card payments
  • Perform cash book reconciliation and receipting of payments
  • Support branch administrators nationwide to ensure smooth invoice processing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in managing accounts payable, including invoice reconciliation and payments
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and strong numerical ability
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with team members and branch administrators
  • Effective problem solving skills to resolve discrepancies independently
