Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for an engaging role where you can truly make an impact? We are seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to support a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, emails, and stakeholder communications
  • Take the lead with event management organisational meetings, and bookings of travel and accommodation
  • Provide support to the SLT, attend meetings / take minutes and follow up on actions
  • Assist with development of documentation and reports
  • Support the organisation to achieve its strategy and work programmes
  • Support and coordinate specific organisational projects, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in Executive Assistant role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong decision making abilities as well as project and event management skills
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Te Tiriti of Waitangi and understanding of equity within health
