Based in the Palmerston North Office, you will be providing support to customers via phone, email and online throughout New Zealand as well as proactively reaching out to customers for feedback and to grow sales.

Knowledge and/or experience in the power transmission sector would be a distinct advantage.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
 

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries and adeptly handle technical questions
• Proactively contact customers to build and refresh relationships, growing sales
• Liaise with colleagues both onsite and at other locations, positively contributing to an upbeat and conscientious culture
• Maintain, build and refine customer database, with a focus on accuracy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
 

• Customer focused - Naturally confident to connect with customers and determined to deliver the best service possible, with proven experience in a similar role.
• Well presented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically skilled - Knowledge and experience with industrial products and applications - specifically Power Transmission, Bearings or Conveyor. This will be highly desirable.
