Locally owned and managed since 1986, PN Personnel was incorporated in July 1995 and since 2001 PN Personnel has been owned and managed by Claire Hewson and Debbie Chambers.
As experienced recruiters, HR practitioners and successful businesswomen Claire and Debbie recognised the value a strong recruitment team could bring to businesses in Palmerston North and the wider region. Their own internal recruitment has formed a passionate, intelligent team of recruitment professionals with a highly credible reputation in recruitment recognised throughout the Manawatu.
We are corporate members of the RCSA
We are proud members of the RCSA (Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association) which is our Australian and New Zealand guiding body.
This means we follow professional guidelines, we ar compliant with the new code of conduct and keep up with international best practice recruitment. We attend the annual conference and undertake training offered by RCSA to maintain and extend our international professional networks - all for the benefit of our employers.
We recognise the many wonderful not-for-profit organisations in our community and support these charities. It is not only a way in which we can give back to our community but also a way to connect with some wonderful people and participate in a worthy cause.
