We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precise inventory management, who is seeking the responsibility of ownership in their role. Working Monday to Friday, hours of work are within 7am to 5pm, offering a competitive hourly rate including a nationwide discount app for 250 stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage stock information and material movement, including inbound deliveries and batch pulling
• Ensure efficient pre-production stock management and maintain organised warehouse operations
• Prioritise tasks and allocate time effectively for timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
• Continuous learning mindset to enhance skills and stay updated with industry standards

General Responsibilities:

• Supply window production with prioritised components
• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in work areas according to safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments for internal material requests
• Adhere to QAQC processes and perform preventative maintenance checks

Occupational Safety & Health:

• Manage health and safety standards in accordance with legal requirements
• Accurately report incidents and ensure hazard controls are implemented
• Prioritise safety in all work actions and report any hazards promptly

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Strong communication, listening, and record-keeping skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with industry materials
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and machinery safely, such as forklifts, palletizers and conveyor systems
