Our ideal candidate would come with previous experience in an accounting firm, alternatively, if you have a background in financial services or are an experienced and efficient administrator, I encourage you to apply.


The key functions of this role are:

  • Collating hard copies of Annual Financial Statements and Tax Returns
  • Electronic filing
  • Administration of Provisional and Terminal Tax payments
  • Assisting with Filing Companies Office annual returns
  • Processing of Debtors/Monthly Statements
  • Providing administrative support to the team and handling general office duties

The role is Monday - Friday 9am-4.00pm with 1 hour for lunch, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30 per hour.  Additionally, it includes free parking and the opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team.
