Timesheets for Temporary Staff
Palmerston North Personnel uses online timesheeting. Each week, you will need to review and make changes to your timesheet as necessary, and submit this to your site manager for approval.
By approving your timesheet, your site manager is authorising us to complete your weekly payroll - so we recommend being both on time and accurate with your timesheet. We even have friendly reminders set up to make sure you don't miss payroll cut-offs.
Timesheets must be submitted for approval by 10am each Monday (unless the Monday is a public holiday, in which case timesheets are due by 10am of the business day prior).
Getting Started With Online Timesheeting
When we first place you in a temporary role, you will be issued with a username and password for our online portal, which you can access using your smart device (phone/tablet) or computer. The portal links are listed here for your convenience:
PLEASE NOTE: If you are logging in to the portal via a computer, you must use Internet Explorer as your browser. Whether using a smart device or a computer, Pop-Ups must be enabled.

Digital Payslips
We already email digital payslips to your personal email. Now you can also view your payslips through the online portal!
- Log in to the portal using the Computer Access link
- Click on Payslips List in the Quick Access Menu
- Click on the V icon at the right of the screen to see your full payslip list
All your essential wage information is found in your portal if you need your payroll information for your accountant, IRD, WINZ or other needs.
