We recently used the Palmerston North Personnel assessments as part of the employment process for our important customer services roles. This was the first time our organisation has used any sort of assessment as part of our pre-employment checks, but it won’t be the last. We were really thrilled that what the assessments showed was exactly what we, as the interview panel, had thought of each of our candidates. So it really backed up our decision around who to employ and gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. I was also impressed at the speed of the preliminary and final results were provided by Palmerston North Personnel. As we needed to make an appointment quickly we were provided with the results on each candidate within 24 hours – this was great service.
