Property Brokers

Not so long ago we found ourselves in a position where we needed to hire a PA to our Managing Director, as there has been a series of internal promotions. This is a position that is pivotal to the company, so it was vital we got it right! We already had a great relationship with Palmerston North Personnel, and Cushla specifically, so it was a no-brainer to call her and enlist her help.

There were a large number of responses, but there was one candidate who stood out, head and shoulders above the rest. This candidate was thoroughly reference checked before being put through a barrage of interviews and testing (the latter also through Palmerston North Personnel), and subsequently hired.

Palmerston North Personnel knew what we wanted, and as they had already invested a lot of time understanding our culture, they knew who to present me with, without wasting their time, my time, or the candidate’s time.

I have no hesitation recommending Palmerston North Personnel to any employer looking to recruit. I know we will use them again!
