Naomi is a converted Aussie who jumped the ditch and hasn’t looked back, although she will still vouch for Vegemite over Marmite as spread of choice.

With a background in media, marketing and communications - Naomi spent nearly 5 years in Queenstown as Communications Manager for a local tourism organisation before being lured to the north by her hubby who sold her a farming lifestyle was the way to go. Not convinced getting up at 5am to milk cows full-time was going to be her thing, Naomi initially got in touch with Palmerston North Personnel for some temporary work - and instead joined the team!

Since 2009 Naomi has been an on again/off again part of the team, and as Palmerston North Personnel has grown from strength to strength so has her family, with three daughters now a part of the farming lifestyle.

Communication is key with Naomi, she likes knowing the who, why, where, when and how of people and business. Having worked in a range of industries over her career, Naomi is passionate about helping people and businesses to succeed.
