After many years in the big smoke battling the traffic every day, Matt relocated from Auckland with his family to return to his wife’s home city of Palmerston North.
Originally from the UK, he has over 12 years of recruitment experience within the New Zealand market and has worked for both global and New Zealand agencies.
Having extensive experience as an end to end recruiter, account manager, people leader and in business development – Matt has excellent knowledge of the 360-degree recruitment process and how to partner to understand your business and add real value.

Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time with his two kids on their new lifestyle block and can also be found at the local rugby club, although these days only stood on the side lines.
