Our resident Managing Director, Claire is our in-house HR practitioner, qualified psychometric assessor and team manager. She tries not to be mum to all, but can't help herself when it comes to ensuring best practice is organisational wide.

Constantly thanking her lucky stars for such a fantastic team that are the brand Palmerston North Personnel, Claire passionately believes in recognising individual and organisational success (both within Palmerston North Personnel and with our business community).

She balances managing the business with spending time with her 2 charming boys and loves the lifestyle on offer in the Manawatu. Claire’s indulgence is escaping every now and then to experience some of our amazing countryside by horse back.
