As recruiters, we ask a LOT of questions. It’s what we do and what we are good at. It is a skill to know the right questions to ask to be able to learn as much as you can from the person you are interviewing.
Whilst we select from a long list of questions when conducting interviews, we thought we would share with you our Top 10. These broad questions are designed to engage conversation between the interviewee and yourself, to qualify the interviewees skills and establish a rapport between both interviewer and interviewee.
