Nicola’s interest in recruitment was sparked in her last role working for a large education-based provider. Prior to this she spent 15 years in a government department working her way up to a leadership role.
Meeting people, building solid relationships and understanding human behaviour are skills which have drawn Nicola to PN Personnel.
Her ability to effectively communicate and find common ground with both Clients and Candidates allows her to ascertain the individual requirements and drivers to successfully deliver recruitment solutions. Nicola has the knack of asking the right questions to fully understand a position, person and business.
Born and bred in Palmerston North, Nicola calls the Manawatu home, sharing it with her husband, son and wider family. Stints in Auckland and Wellington have confirmed to Nicola that Palmy is the place she wants to be, to enjoy the good food, entertainment and family life. Nicola’s “soul food” is running and music, she has a love for songs you can sing to anytime...anywhere!
