Our locally owned and operated client is looking for a Joiner with kitchen experience who is customer focused, hardworking and takes pride in their work.

Our client has been in operation since 2010 however their experience predates this, having worked designing and installing kitchens for 30 years. They pride themselves on high quality workmanship along with a professional and personalised service. They value their customers and work hard to ensure that their customers have a positive experience when working with them, no matter how big or small the job is.

About the Role:

This full time, permanent position requires an experienced Joiner whose attention to detail will be reflected in the high quality of their output while not compromising on efficiency. There is a requirement to go on site to install kitchens with the team, or independently when managing smaller jobs. A good understanding and the ability to foster positive relationships with customers is also critical. The small team work hard while retaining a sense of humour and describe themselves as ‘happy go lucky with the drive to succeed’.

What we need from you:

  • Previous kitchen joinery experience
  • Ability to use your initiative while showing common sense with decision making
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Reliable, hardworking and a positive can-do attitude
  • Self-motived while working in a busy, positive environment
  • A relevant qualification is desired but not essential

The preferred candidate will need to pass a pre-employment drug test prior to an offer being made. Remuneration will be based on experience and performance.
