Team Administrator

Location : Feilding | Listed : Friday, 15 November | Type : Permanent + Full-time | Industry: Administration & Customer Service

Due to growth, NZR are looking for a new team member to join their Feilding based team. In this role you will provide high quality administration support and be the 'go to' person. This position would suit someone with customer service and administration experience.

NZR was started in Feilding in 2014 by Peter and Nicola Barnett, combining their 25 years of real estate knowledge and advances in technology to offer a truly vendor focused real estate business. This position is a fantastic opportunity to join their leading company that offers stability, diversity and variety of work.

Due to growth, NZR are looking for a new team member to join their Feilding based team. The role is busy with no two days being the same. A one size fits all approach does not fit here, so you will need to be adaptable and think on your feet. You will be providing administration support, loading property listings and marketing campaigns as well as creating flyers and marketing material, so it’s essential that you have an eye for detail and produce a high quality of work.

A snapshot of the duties:

  • Administrative support to sales team
  • ‘Go to’ person for all things technology related (social media included)
  • Front line customer service
  • Inputting listing details
  • Loading marketing campaigns
  • Producing letters and emails

The qualities and skills we are looking for:

  • Warmth and enthusiasm
  • Proficient computer skills – MS Word & Outlook
  • Hardworking, loyal and unflappable
  • A passion for the Manawatu community
  • Loads of initiative

This position would suit someone with customer service and administration experience, you will also need to be confident and comfortable with using social media.

The hours are 9am – 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week), however for the right person a 3pm finish could be considered.
