We have a great IT opportunity for a Level One Service Desk person, offering full time hours, starting ASAP.
You would be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and you will need to be available to start either 8.30am or 9am due to the hours the team works, as there is a roster for start and finishing times.
We are looking for someone who has ideally had hands on work experience in this field for at least 2 years, working in a high volume centre, as my client handles multiple call systems. However, you may have a passion for this field combined with a great customer service background and looking for an opportunity within IT. If you have either background, I would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone to start ASAP, therefore you will need to be living within our region and keen to get involved.
