Dynamic, busy role for an experienced Receptionist to support a team of sales professionals.
We are looking for an outstanding Receptionist who will assist the hard-working team at LJ Hooker and support them to do what they do best – because ‘Nobody does it better’ than LJ Hooker.
The Palmerston North office is one of the top franchised offices a group of over 700 National and international offices and has a philosophy of providing an unparalleled level of service with the main focus aimed at achieving desirable outcomes for clients and vendors.
As the receptionist you will be responsible for providing an outstanding first impression to clients and the highest standard of support to the team, with a positive attitude and smile at all times.

- Adaptable and able to think on your feet
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility and able to work at a high pace
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Previous reception experience (would be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficient user MS office suite and able to quickly pick up new systems
- A high level of motivation and initiative
