Tremaine Garage Doors is looking for an MYOB experienced Office Manager, offering variety and a great place to work.

Tremaine Garage Doors is a locally owned and operated business here in Palmerston North and is looking for an Office Manager to join their small and friendly team.

You will be customer service focused as you will be based in the office and will be responsible for actioning jobs, taking customer details and dedicating the right service to the customer's needs, from repair, servicing, insurance work, to retro fitting and new garage doors.

You will have excellent communication skills as asking the right questions and finding out the necessary solution will be key.

Your MYOB skill set will assist you in being able to manage the accounts system, from organising quotes to invoicing and reconciling, to paying wages and maintaining the database.

You will have excellent attention to detail attributes as you will also be maintaining stock levels and ordering the necessary equipment needed for day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse and operational area clean and tidy, therefore you will be someone who can roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, generally 9am to 3pm, however you will need to be able to offer flexibility, as to get the job done there may be times you will have to commit to staying on past this time.
