About the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing activities including the production of print material in the form of catalogues and flyers, development of television campaigns along with input into the buying process for product. You will be involved in lifting Hunting & Fishing NZ’s digital presence, along with a strong focus on stakeholder relationships, from suppliers, sponsor partners and store owner-operators.
You will have experience in leading a team of marketers who will benefit from your attention to detail and support. In this role you will be part of the Leadership Team who have a collaborative approach to decision-making, giving you the ability to get your ideas heard and drive the organisations future direction in marketing, brand and on-line.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Marketing professional with experience managing a team
- Experienced operator in all facets of marketing – print, TV, digital, on-line, sponsorship and brand
- Self-starter with a collaborative approach to all working relationships
- Experience in the production of print material in catalogue and flyer form
- Experience working for a co-operative or franchise would be beneficial
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong focus on attentional to detail
- Experience fostering strong stakeholder relations
