As the Finance Administrator for Smart Pack you will be responsible for a variety of duties and will take a unique interest in the business and add value where you can.
You will take a proactive approach to all accounting tasks required to ensure the company’s values are adhered to by offering great customer services, showing integrity and outcomes focussed.
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables including overseas FX transactions.
- Preparation of GST information to accountant processing stage
- Process of RWT/Provisional Tax requirements
- Compile management accounts to P&L level
- Cashflow forecasting
- Credit control
- Standardize and refine internal systems where required.
We are looking for someone with strong accounting experience. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability work independently within your role and also collaboratively within a team environment.

- Proven problem solving abilities
- Ability to question the status quo for system improvements
- Previous experience with Infusion accounting system would be ideal but not essential
- Attention to detail
- Intuitive mindset
Smart Pack are offering flexibility to the working hours, being between 30 to 40 hours per week for the ideal person.
