Are you an experienced IS Customer Services Technician looking for 3 months of work starting 15th January 2018?
I am looking for someone to join a small team who are responsible for timely and professional responses to all requests received at the IT Service Desk. You will answer first level support calls and emails for all business systems enquiries, adhering to service level agreements, and offer second level support for resolution of more complex problems.
