We are looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join the team for a fixed term of 12 months (covering parental leave).
A motivated team player, you will be key to the successful coordination and timely delivery of quality information and reports to stakeholders, including investor quarterly reports and meeting packs for Boards of all 30+ assets under management.
As the glue across the team, you will have the opportunity to build rapport with the wider internal and external stakeholders, and complete a diverse range of administrative duties.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience providing support for and communicating directly with senior management and Boards
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft suite
- Previous experience using online applications such as Dynamics 365
- Strong literacy skills (written and oral communication skills)
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
