Branch Administrator

As the Branch Administrator for Property Brokers in Hastings, you will be supporting a first-class sales team. It is essential you have an eye for detail and produce high quality work as you will be managing listings and contract administration, which requires accuracy.

A sneak peek at some of the duties:

  • Administration support to sales team
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies, stationery and computer supplies
  • Input property listings for the sales team
  • Create marketing material for listings
  • Code company invoices
  • Frontline customer service
  • Property Management administration
