Property Brokers Head Office is looking for a new team member to ensure all visitors to Property Brokers are provided with exceptional customer service and leave with a WOW experience. You will be the welcoming face and voice to customers while providing efficient administration support.
This role is busy with no two days or customers being the same. A one size shoe approach does not fit here, so you need to be adaptable and think on your feet. In addition, it is imperative you are an active listener and confident communicator. You will treat each and every person like your world revolves around them, get to know them personally and recognise their individual needs to exceed expectations.
A sneak peak at some of the Duties:
- Frontline customer service
- Administrative support to Company EA
- Distribute incoming mail
- Coordinate stationery supplies
- Maintain meeting rooms
- Arranging catering

This is a one year fixed term position covering maternity leave working 9.00am-2.00pm, Monday to Friday and starts 28th January 2019.
