As the Orders Co-ordinator, you will support the marketing team and wider company with all matters relating to the provision of stock and supplies (everything from caps, umbrellas right through to stationery). It is an integral position and ensures that the business has access to the supplies they need to support all 43 branches in their day to day business. This is an autonomous role but you will be having a lot of interaction with suppliers, marketing team and branches. You’ll need to have an eye for detail and be able to cope with high volumes of work.
Key functions of the role:
- Processing internal company orders
- Reconciling orders and invoices
- On-charging all costs to appropriate cost centres
- Ordering stationery, business cards, clothing, promotional material
- Maintain stock supplies
- Managing relationships with key suppliers
- Preparing welcome packs to new staff
- Administration for the marketing team when required

This position is full-time, working 40 hours with the hours being 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
