Administration Assistant

Smart Pack is New Zealand's most progressive flexible packaging/bag supplier servicing a wide range of primary industries across New Zealand. Smart Pack specialises in importation and supply of industrial bags and sacks ranging from 5 - 2000kgs.

Due to growth demands Smart Pack is looking for their next key staff member to come onboard within the office area to assist in an array of duties, from accounts to customer services, plus more.

We are looking for a confident individual who has strong computer skills with sharp accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

The Administration Assistant’s role is to cover general office duties including entering supplier and customer invoices, processing paperwork, assisting to develop internal systems and processes, assisting with marketing efforts involving written text and database development.

Some sales support will be required, therefore you will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and have a clear focus at all times.

Customer Care is a high requirement in this role, along with a passion to achieve and deliver key services in a timely fashion with emphasis being on "what we say we are and do is what we say and what we do”.

Having a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite is a must and experience with the Infusion Accounting Software would be an advantage. Also having previous experience in internal office system development would be key and an interest in graphic design would be ideal.

This is a permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday, offering flexible hours of 25 plus per week.
