Accounts Receivable/Administration Support

A great opportunity with Central Auto Parts, offering part time work in an office based role, with the start date being flexible.

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables/Administration Support person to come on-board with Central Auto Parts and manage the accounts receivables side of the business, coordinating this to achieve a positive outcome for both parties along with supporting the Accounts Manager.

You will also be required to address areas of emails and correspondence as well as compile creditor statements and filing. Other tasks such as manually preparing packaging and putting stickers on boxes for distribution will be required from time to time, therefore we are looking for an all-rounder.

This is a temporary role which could lead to future opportunities. The hours for this part time role are 12noon to 4pm, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive hourly rate.

The experience that we are seeking is from someone who has either worked on credit control before or someone who is comfortable with working in this area of the business and who has the ability to successfully build relationships, offer guidance and resolve matters without escalation.

The necessary computer skills we are seeking are in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook as these packages are used daily. Accuracy will also be a key requirement with this position and should you be shortlisted for this position, you will be skills assessed for this requirement.

You will be a natural problem solver, be methodical by nature, have a solid professional communication style, both verbally and in writing. Due to the hours on offer, being self-managed in this role is a must, therefore someone who can prioritise and manage their own workflow along with sharing information with fellow work colleagues is key.
