We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk who has ideally worked in a CA firm to complete accounting and taxation duties. Having a lot of interaction with clients, you will be able to build rapport quickly and have a customer centric approach. You will be adaptable, technology savvy, efficient and deadline driven.
The key functions of this role are:
- Payroll – iPayroll, Xero, Ace Payroll
- iFirm – tax returns, financial statements
- IRD – filing of GST and PAYE returns and responding to tax agency queries
- Company formation and maintenance
- Debtor and creditor processing for clients – Invoice Plus
- BankLink administration
- Client support
If you have Xero certification then this would be an added advantage but is not essential.
This position is working Monday – Friday 9am-3pm and an extremely competitive hourly rate is being offered, a free car park, and if you enjoy coffee then the barista style coffee that the talented Colleen makes will be a draw card.
