Unlike many other test systems which only supply a single personality test, or single ability test to the market, the GeneSys system offers a comprehensive range of ability, interest, personality, team building and career assessment tools to support the recruitment and development of staff.

The assessments can be conducted online, or on site at Palmerston North Personnel's premises (administration fee applies), or we can run assessment centres on site at Client premises, or additionally, we have on call administrators throughout New Zealand.

Our most common assessments include the 15FQ+ and the Adapt-g.
