All Temporaries must comply with s(19) Duties of Employees as provided for under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 and subsequent amendments.

Have you completed the Health & Safety Assessment?

We provide our temporary staff with comprehensive Health & Safety training to ensure you can recognise hazards and take responsibility for your safety when on assignment.

We have a computer based Health & Safety assessment which needs to be completed by all of our temporaries.

The online assessment takes approximately 15 minutes, dependant on the individual.

This training MUST BE COMPLETED before commencement of any new temporary/contract assignment, and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you are already on an assignment.

Work Related Accident Checklist

If you have an accident at work while on an assignment, please make sure you complete all steps below:

1. Contact your Temporary Solutions Consultant immediately

2. Complete the Report and Investigation Form (see link above) and return this to Palmerston North Personnel on the day of occurrence

Please also report any non-compliance, unsafe work practices or conditions that directly affects your safety by completing the Hazard Identification Form (see link above).
